Are you truly happy? Whens the last time you were?
In My Mind:The Blog
Quick question, can you remember the last time you were truly happy? Lots of times you don't think about the times when you were happy, and how you felt when life was good. The last time may be when you were a kid,and others may not remember at all. Think about the last time you were, how it felt, what you were doing to make yourself happy, what did you surround yourself with to get that feeling. If you are happy now embrace that feeling, don't let anyone take it away because happiness can be over as quick as a minute.

Todays epiphany is two things in one.
1.Nothing good or sometimes even decent lasts forever. You must have a backup plan for the things that you think are fool proof, and can never spoil. That's the main reason why people get prenuptial agreements,because they know that their relationship can go bad at any time.
2.When it rains it pours, meaning that when one thing goes wrong it often sets up a domino effect.Say for example, you have a paper route, then you get sick. Well you cant deliver anymore, well there goes that car you've been saving up for.Then that means you have you cant get get yourself back and forth to get a better job. Then you may lose your home, obviously this is an exaggeration but you catch my drift.

Todays Epiphany

PERFECT YOUR CRAFT. I can not say enough about this one, figure out something that you are good at and perfect it, be soo good at it that you can make a career or even a hobby out of. Be so good at it that you can get recognition from it with family, friends, or even local or national media. It can be singing, dancing, sports, writing, or even collecting something. Just remember that while you're relaxing someone else is working on that same thing, becoming better than you.

Be your own person, If someone is makin an ass of themselves and being a JERK(not the dancing one), then dont be a part of it. In the rat-race we call health these days, people work-out in bunches. They will workout and eat well for a week, than go on a downward spiral. I must admit that this is my off week, so today's epiphany is that if you put in hard work, never let it get to a point where you quit. If you have a slide for one or two days that's OK, but anything more than that is a waste of the work you put in in the first place. Never take yourself and your work too lightly, because while you're on a slide, that hot co-worker has been putting in work for the past month. Another point is that you should NEVER take you or your ambitions lightly. You have one life to live, and most of the BIG oppurtunities that come around dont come again.

Todays epiphany is something kinda personal, unlike what I've been blogging about recently. Ive discovered over the past couple of days, that its ok to have friends and love people. But your main focus at all times should be on you. It may sound selfish and inconsiderate but most people that you really think have your best interest. DONT...In the end its not gonna matter about your old gurlfriend in 9th grade. Its gonna matter if you accomplished YOUR hopes and dreams. ALWAYS keep your eye on YOUR prize, help others, but if you were really put on this earth to always help others...Then others would always help you

Personal Trainer?!-Todays epiphany
How does Donovan become a personal trainer, getting PAID actual money. When I give him the tips to get himself right in the first place. Strange things happen, so today's epiphany is I need to workout Monday through Friday. Donovan the personal trainer?! odd
